Peljor is a collection of family-run groups in Nepal. Managed by Chunta Nepali, a native of Tibet, these groups benefit from long-term relationships and stable income. 

Chunta's job and business have contributed to her self-confidence, self-respect and happiness, and has inspired her to help others and talk to other women to help them be successful too.

Chunta says, "I do look forward to do better in the future and learn a lot from other working women and to encourage hard working women in ways how they could do better."
